Homebuyer Education Seminar Set-Up

Thank you for teaching homebuyer education! Virtual seminars using an online meeting platform (such as Zoom) or in-person are allowed at this time.

Please Note: We are working on implementing the NEW and IMPROVED Homebuyer Education Class Registration Portal on our website. There may be a black-out period when classes can't be registered due to data migration.

To avoid delays:

Your virtual class must be pre-approved before you offer it for the first time. Please review this link for requirements or contact Corinna.Obar@wshfc.org for approval.
If the instructor's email address has changed recently, please complete the Change of Employment form before registering the class.
To be eligible to instruct, the loan-officer partner must close a minimum of one Commission loan per year. We will verify the loan officer's most recent loan closing date. Your request may be delayed or denied if we cannot confirm last loan closing.
